The Oakland Bay Marina presently has 102 slips. Sixty six of the slips are rented to Boat House Owners the remaining 36 slips are mostly 30 feet in length with a few exceptions. We allow a 5 foot overhang on these slips. We will also have side ties with nearly unlimited length restrictions.
We are pursuing permits to rebuild the marina and to add approximately 100 slips. Most of the additional slips will be 50 feet in length plus a 5 foot maximum allowable overhang.
